Webroster Ltd Welcomes Back Darren Evans as part of Company Restructure

Scheduling software provider, Webroster Ltd, has welcomed Darren Evans back to the team as part of a restructure of its sales and account management departments.

The move forms part of a larger company restructure to enhance the customer experience by bringing clear division between the new business acquisition and customer account management functions. Darren, who previously worked for Webroster before joining competitor Panztel, returns to the company as Commercial Director and is heading up the team responsible for growth through new business acquisition. He works alongside Natasha Lunt who, as Account Director, heads up an account management team to service and support our existing customers.

The restructure has come as Webroster Ltd enters yet another year of consecutive growth. Managing Director, Nigel Gittins felt that now is the time to make changes: “As the company continues to grow, so does our customer base and we need to put measures in place to ensure that our team can continue to offer the high levels of service that our customers deserve. By enhancing the structure of the team now, we are well placed for what the future holds.”

Darren has over 10 years’ experience of providing software systems to the health and social care market. Having acquired a firm grasp of the key issues that affect health and social care over that period and with extensive knowledge of the products serving the market, Darren’s decision to return to Webroster as Commercial Director was made easy.

He says: “I have experienced a lot within the industry over the past 10 years. I genuinely believe that serving the needs of health and social care providers to create efficiency gains and cost saving measures, as well as to improve adult safeguarding and a more joined up approach to the delivery of integrated health and social care systems, is of paramount importance. I am excited to bring this passion into Webroster and to use my experience to take the company forward.”

Webroster Ltd’s main product, Webroster.net, is used widely within the care industry for workforce scheduling and monitoring. The company restructure coincides with the release of Webroster.net version 3.1 which included many enhancements to the main product and its additional modules such as the introduction or Real Time Mapping, NFC technology and MIS reports.
