The Document Management module is an online filing cabinet which stores digital documents safely and securely online within the Webroster.net database. Using Document Management removes the frustration of not having access to vital documents whilst out of the office or working in the field.
About Document Management
Documents can be accessed online from anywhere, by users with relevant permissions. Not only does this make remote working easy and efficient but also increases security and risk management of sensitive documents.
Documents can be assigned to a staff, client, customer or supplier record and can be accessed at any time by users with permission to do so.

Confidential information can be stored securely to minimise the risk of it falling into the wrong hands. Permission levels can be set by the administrator to prevent certain system users from accessing certain information.
Documents stored online are not at risk to physical damage such as fire or theft, meaning that business continuity can be maintained at all times.
