Find out about Optimisation and plan for 2017
A powerful new optimisation engine is coming to Webroster.net. The bespoke solution, developed through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with the University of Nottingham and Innovate UK, brings new features to help care home operators streamline their resources.
Care homes are constantly required to juggle client care with business. The result can often mean homes run inefficiently, spending more than they need to on agency staff.
Webroster.net’s new workforce optimisation software automatically allocates staff to shifts, specific jobs or events in the most optimal way. Add shift needs, care home locations and the locations of resources and Webroster.net will do all the hard work in producing an optimised roster.
Multi-site operators who share staff between sites can also optimise travel time and costs when assigning staff to shifts at different sites.
Efficiently assign resources and reduce spend your on agency staff: find out more about Webroster.net’s new optimisation feature and visit us at stand G16 at the Care & Dementia Show!
If you visit us at the Care & Dementia Show and find out more about Optimisation you could be entered into a prize draw to win an all-new, 16GB, Fire HD 8 tablet!* Pop by stand G16 to find out more or grab a flyer from us at the show.
