Developing long term partnerships with our customers is key to getting the best from your Webroster.net system;

 

  • Together we will review your current business processes, create a project plan and advise on system setup
  • Ensure your Webroster.net system is configured and set up to your requirements
  • Provide full staff training either on-site or online
  • Provide PRINCE2 qualified consultants for project management
  • Your Account Manager and the Customer Support team will work closely with you to fully understand your business needs.

  • Further training, for new staff or additional modules for example
  • Advice on adding new modules to develop your system as your business grows
  • Consultancy and Business Process Modelling to support your projects
  • A database ‘MOT’, a full review of your database, with the aim of getting more from your Webroster.net system
  • Development of bespoke reports, exports and interfaces
  • Business process modelling to ensure Webroster.net is fully integrated into your existing strategic framework
  • Pivot table training so you can use MS Excel pivot tables alongside Webroster’s Timesheet Extract to analyse data and measure cross-brand performance or performance over time
