The second Webroster User Group Road Show took place in Edinburgh last week. This saw two brave members of our development team battle a four hour train journey and driving rain to spend a very productive day with our Scottish customers. We changed the format slightly from the previous Reading road show and spent the day discussing points from an agenda, instead of the three set workshops.
Everyone who attended got really involved in the discussions and our developers came away with ideas for new functionality as well as user feedback on our planned developments. It is so useful to see what our customers really think about our system as they are the people who use it day in day out.
We’ve now got a lot of food for thought – and a very busy development team! If you have attended either the Reading or Edinburgh road show and would like to send some end user feedback to our developers, please comment below or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
