VOIPTrac™
Toll Free System:
This system is usually supplied with 2 x toll
free telephone numbers, e.g. 0800 numbers, where one number is used
for check in calls and the other for check out calls. You benefit
from the following:

Each check call is answered by an auto attendant

Your workforce are asked to enter their individual or booking
pin code to identify who they are

Your workforce can listen to any waiting voicemail

The call data sent to VOIPTrac™
includes:

Check in or out indicator

The workforce identifier, i.e. the pin code

Date & time stamp of the call

The telephone number (CLI) of the originating call, i.e. the
location identifier

The collected call data can be used for building timesheets in

x local rate telephone numbers per workforce member/resource. Again
one number for checking in and the other for checking out of a
