The following versions are available:

VOIPTrac™ Toll Free System:

This system is usually supplied with 2 x toll free telephone numbers, e.g. 0800 numbers, where one number is used for check in calls and the other for check out calls. You benefit from the following:

  • Each check call is answered by an auto attendant

  • Your workforce are asked to enter their individual or booking pin code to identify who they are

  • Your workforce can listen to any waiting voicemail

  • The call data sent to VOIPTrac™ includes: 

    • Check in or out indicator

    • The workforce identifier, i.e. the pin code

    • Date & time stamp of the call

    • The telephone number (CLI) of the originating call, i.e. the location identifier

  • The collected call data can be used for building timesheets in real-time

  • If integrated with a rostering system, alerts can be raised upon unacceptable service delivery

  • Group Voicemail can be left in a single phone call

VOIPTrac™ System:

This system can be supplied in conjunction with VOIPTrac™ Toll Free or as standalone. With this system you are supplied with 2 x local rate telephone numbers per workforce member/resource. Again one number for checking in and the other for checking out of a booking. You benefit from the following:

  • Each check call is not answered and therefore offers a cheaper solution

  • The call data sent to VOIPTrac™ includes: 

    • Check in or out indicator

    • The workforce identifier, i.e. the unique telephone number being called

    • Date & time stamp of the call

    • The telephone number (CLI) of the originating call, i.e. the location identifier

  • The collected call data can be used for building timesheets in real-time

  • If integrated with a rostering system, alerts can be raised upon unacceptable service delivery
