Webroster.net’s range of additional modules is ever expanding and developing to give you flexibility and choice in your rostering package. The following modules can be purchased in any combination and used in conjunction with your basic rostering package.
Receives real time information from electronic monitoring systems (VOIPTrac™ or PhotoTrac™) and raises an alert if staff are early or late in starting or leaving a visit.
Assists with producing your Annual Quality Assurance Assessment report (AQAA report).
Audit Module
Tracks changes that are made to your Webroster.net database by your staff.
Document Management Module
Enables users to securely capture, share, store and organise documents within the Webroster.net system.
SMS Module
Sends automated and ad-hoc SMS messages to clients, workforce and suppliers. This is
highly beneficial when used alongside the ‘Alert Manager’ option.
Staff and Client Portals
Allows staff and clients to log into their own portal to view visiting/rostering information and update their own availabilities.
Vendor Management System
A Vendor Management module whereby the Commissioning and Payments System
(CAPS) manages services provided by 3rd party suppliers.
