Webroster Mobile

Webroster Mobile is an Android application which mixes electronic monitoring with a rich, intuitive interface to show roster information and client details as well as a valuable panic button.

It is also possible to add ‘unplanned’ bookings and upload them to Webroster.net as part of the check in process. Field staff can also indicate which tasks have been performed and add extra tasks that were not part of the originally downloaded booking.

PhotoTrac™
PhotoTrac™ uses a barcode reader on staff’s mobile phones to read a barcode left at the client location. This then sends data to Webroster.net, detailing which staff member is at which client location, and logs the time as a check in or check out.

 

Again, Webroster.net then compares the time of the barcode reading with the time scheduled in the roster, and if there is a difference between the two, the Alert Manager Module will send relevant alerts.

Pocketroster

Pocketroster is the mobile application of Webroster.net which is accessible using an internet compatible hand held PC or mobile phone device which is GPRS and 3G compatible. It allows field staff to view their own rosters whilst out and about. Managers can also change rosters and staff will receive this information in real time, negating the need to contact field staff members throughout the day with roster changes.
