The Solution
Alert Manager provides a true front office Alert Management software solution. Real-time Logging In/Out information is received from our supported Electronic Monitoring solutions, e.g. VOIPTracand then compared to the planned booking schedules defined on the www.webroster.net system. Alerts are raised in one of the following ways:

A "Start Time Deviation" alert is raised when a field Workforce member arrives too early or too late for a scheduled booking.
An "End Time Deviation" alert is raised when a field Work force member has left the scheduled booking too early or has not left at all!!
A "Duration" alert is raised when the length of a scheduled booking unacceptably differs from that Logged in real-time.
An "Unmatched" alert is raised when a field Work force member logs in/out of a booking, at the wrong place and/or at the wrong time.

Each instance of an alert is managed in its own right. Full auditing is maintained including details with regards to who dealt with the alert, notes, what actions were taken and the eventual outcome.

Designed to benefit you in the following ways:
Monitor your real-time delivery performance
Improve the quality of your service delivery
Awareness
● Enable pro-activity

Alert Manager uses visual popup screens to inform system users of any alerts that may occur. Alert history is logged and users can be restricted to only receive the alerts for their teams or geographical areas. Alerts can also be emailed and/or sent via SMS.

Each booking on the www.webroster.net system can have its own tolerance set, which influences the likely-hood of an alert being raised, e.g. Raise a Start Time alert after 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, if no matching ‘Logging In’ data has been received. Other bookings may have a larger tolerance set or even have alerting switched off completely.
